Regulatory Reporting

All limited companies incorporated in Hong Kong are required to have an audit unless registered as dormant. Auditors are required under the Companies Ordinance, and other laws applicable to certain regulated industries, such as the Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, to audit a company's annual accounts and to ensure that they comply with reporting requirements.
