Andrew Ross is the managing director of the firm and manages a portfolio of local and international audit clients. He has extensive experience auditing publicly listed companies, in corporate structuring and in providing expert opinions on various accounting and auditing issues. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Andrew is very active in the firm's services to charities and other not-for-profit organisations. Andrew is an independent non-executive director and Chairman of the audit committee of Global Tech (Holdings) Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and principally engaged in the mobile telephone market. Andrew sits on the Asia Pacific Regional Board of Baker Tilly International which is focused upon the expansion and development of the Baker Tilly brand in the region. In the wider community, Andrew is a qualified FA Level 2 coach and assists in the junior soccer programmes at Hong Kong Football Club and Island School. |

Cynthia joined Baker Tilly Hong Kong in 1991 and is now the Executive Director in charge of our audit and assurance division. In her time with the firm, Cynthia has built up extensive experience in auditing, tax and financial advisory services. She has undertaken many due diligence reviews of organisations in China. Cynthia has particular experience in providing assistance to China-based entities seeking funding or public listings outside China, particularly in the U.K. AIM market. In addition Cynthia has extensive experience in the audit of local listed and major private companies, including clients from trading, manufacturing, servicing companies and NGOs. Cynthia is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Danny has more than 16 years experience in audit assurance and financial due diligence reviews, particularly in the Asian and P.R.C. markets. Prior to joining the firm, Danny spent 12 years with Big Four international accounting firms, including four years in Shanghai and a short-term secondment to Singapore offices. His work experience includes the commercial sector where he spent two years as the Financial Controller for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed group and two years with a P.R.C. domestic group engaged in the environmental infrastructure business. Through extensive exposure to both professional and commercial P.R.C. markets, Danny has developed considerable experience in A, B and H share audits together with the audits of P.R.C. state-owned enterprises. Danny handles recurring audit assignments and due diligence financial reviews for multinational clients investing in Mainland China. He has also assisted many P.R.C. enterprises seeking to be listed in Hong Kong, Singapore, the AIM market in the United Kingdom and on the U.S. NASDAQ exchange. Danny is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration of the University of Adelaide. |

First trained in one of the Big Four, Doman has more than 20 years of professional experience combining external audit, management accounting, operations management, and particularly, internal audit. Before joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, he held various management positions in a number of listed companies, including Asian subsidiaries of U.S. and U.K.- based multi-national companies in Hong Kong and Australia. Since joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong in early 2005, Doman has been actively involved in the management and development of our Risk Advisory Services Department, as well as direct supervision of staff auditors in the performance of internal control review assignments (including SOX compliance review and testing projects, PN21 reviews - main board listing & PN2 reviews – GEM listing), and in corporate governance review and fraud investigation assignments. In January 2006, Doman was appointed head of the Risk Advisory Services Department.

Edmond Chan is a Director in the audit and assurance division and director in charge of Macau business services of the firm and has considerable experience in auditing companies of all sizes, from SMEs to listed companies, both local and overseas. Edmond also has extensive experience in due diligence reviews and IPO reporting. He has a diverse portfolio ranging from clients in regulated industries such as insurance and financial advisory to manufacturing, trading, civil engineering, architecture and securities investment. Edmond has assisted in numerous listings on the Hong Kong, NASDAQ, UK-AIM, Singapore and other overseas capital markets. |

Helena re-joined Baker Tilly Hong Kong as a senior manager in 2007 and is now a Director of the Audit and Assurance Division handling sizeable audit assignments. Helena specialises in providing audit and business advisory services, including advising on capital market work in Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Kingdom. Helena has over 15 years experience with large international accountancy firms where she was responsible for a wide range of listed and private clients operating in Hong Kong and Mainland China in a variety of industries including agriculture, construction, logistics, manufacturing, mining and entertainment. |

Henri Fok is a Director of the Audit and Assurance Division. He has extensive experience in handling medium to large size audit assignments over a wide variety of industries including property development, online gaming, mining, manufacturing, department store, investment fund, financial services and etc. He also leads assignments in providing financial due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions and acting as reporting accountants of companies in their initial public offering exercises in Hong Kong. Henri is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He holds a Master Degree in Corporate Finance. |

Janet Bibi joined Baker Tilly Hong Kong in 1985 and oversees the firm's Human Resources Division and administration. Janet has strong interpersonal skills and is well-versed in Hong Kong employment related matters. Her service area covers human resources planning, recruitment, retrenchment and strategic human resources management for both the firm and clients. Janet is a Professional Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management MIHRM(HK). She is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Institute’s Accreditation initiative. |

Prior to establishing his own accounting firm in 1986, Jimmy spent more than 10 years with a Big Four firm in Hong Kong. His own firm achieved accreditation by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States. In January 2010, the U.S. Audit Practice of his firm amalgamated with Baker Tilly Hong Kong. Following the almalgamation, Jimmy was appointed as a director of Baker Tilly Hong Kong, managing a portfolio of audit clients listed on stock exchanges in the United States. Jimmy is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. Outside of accounting, Jimmy is an active member of the Rotary Club and has served as District Secretary of Rotary International, District 3450 Hong Kong, Macau and Mongolia in 1995. |

Joseph Lam is our Executive Director in charge of regional tax. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Joseph spent more than 10 years with the tax divisions of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong. He has considerable experience in assisting clients with tax field audits, pursuing tax dispute cases in Hong Kong and advising clients on Hong Kong, P.R.C., U.S. and other cross-border tax issues, including the implications of double tax treaty arrangements. He has also provided advice to a number of listed companies both in Hong Kong and overseas. Joseph is a member of the Australian Society of CPAs and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Joseph has made frequent contributions to various publications on tax issues. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (with Merit) from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor's degree in Law (Hons) from the University of London. Joseph was a committee member of the Taxation Centre of Excellence Cell of the Australian Society of CPAs - Hong Kong Branch from 2004 to 2009. |

Paul is head of our Technical and Regulatory Affairs and he provides advice and training on technical accounting, financial reporting and auditing issues to Baker Tilly Hong Kong staff and clients. Paul is also an expert on listing matters in H.K., the U.K. and Australia. He serves on a number of technical committees of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA"). Before joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Paul was Senior Adviser to the Australian Securities Exchange with the primary responsibility for financial reporting by listed entities and was a member of the Exchange's listing committee. Prior to that, Paul was Executive Director of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong from its reorganisation in 1988 until 1997. Paul's public service includes Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and member of the Council of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants (now HKICPA) and of the Hong Kong Management Association. Paul graduated from the London School of Economics and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in London before working for Price Waterhouse in Jamaica. For many years Paul mixed university teaching with financial consultancy, working in or for companies in a number of countries and continents. After completing an MBA, Paul came to Asia and was Technical Director of the Malaysian Institute of CPAs and then the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. |

Steven brings nearly 25 years of international tax experience to his position in the Baker Tilly Hong Kong Taxation Division. He is a tax consultant specialising in tax reviews and investigations, taxation analysis, and tax liabilities settlement. His areas of expertise also include tax planning, such as corporate structure reviews, pre-IPO corporate restructuring, and offshore fund structures. He has offered his expertise to a number of listed companies both in Hong Kong and overseas. In addition, Steven has a strong background in P.R.C. tax which includes individual and corporate tax compliance and planning, business setup, and transfer pricing and documentation. |

Jason Leo is a principal in the U.S. Audit division. He qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has over 15 years experience providing auditing and financial advisory services with a Big Four firm in Hong Kong, Macau, Australia and Singapore. Jason’s work experience includes 8 years in the commercial sector, 3 years as a Financial Controller for a diverse Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed group and 5 years as General Manager of a petroleum company in Hong Kong. In the last 10 years, Jason has been involved with auditing Hong Kong and Chinese companies which are listed in the United States. Jason currently handles recurring audit assignments and financial due diligence for Hong Kong and Chinese companies who plan to list or are already listed in the United States. Over the years, he has built a strong and close knit rapport with other service providers in the U.S. listed market involving US SEC attorneys, financial advisors and consultants and investment bankers who are also active in the Chinese market. Jason has successfully assisted many PRC based clients list in the United States. |

Andrew Pawley is a Consultant of our Corporate Finance practice. A barrister, Andrew has substantial experience in international M&A and corporate finance transactions gained during his time with firms in Belgium, Spain, Italy and Hong Kong. Andrew has significant experience in representing large corporations and private equity investors in international acquisitions and disposals. He also understands the unique challenges faced by private investors seeking to sell a family business. His experience is regularly in demand at professional conferences where he speaks on a variety of topics. Before moving into corporate finance advisory work, Andrew worked for the British Government's Department of Trade and Industry in London and for the European Commission in Brussels. A British citizen, he speaks fluent French and Italian and reasonable Spanish. |
